Introduction

Partners can use the License Management Portal (LMP) to purchase additional licenses for existing customer agreements. Additional licenses can be purchased for the following services:

• MDR Complete
• MDR Core
• MDR Cloud
• Beauceron Security Awareness Training (SAT)

After submitting a purchase request, the new license commitment is reflected immediately in the License Management Portal and the associated charges are included on your next billing cycle.

Before You Begin

Ensure that:

• You have access to the License Management Portal (LMP).
• Your organization has an active volume licensing agreement.
• You have permission to manage licenses and purchases.

Purchase Additional Licenses

The pricing and order total update automatically as quantities are entered, allowing you to review costs before submitting your purchase.

1. Sign into the LMP and navigate to Partner > Additional Licenses and select the service tier or add-on for which you want additional licenses.
   
2. Enter the number of licenses you want to purchase in the Quantity field.
3. Review the automatically calculated Price and Total values.
4. Accept the terms and conditions acknowledgement.
5. Select Submit.

What Happens Next

After your order is submitted:

• A confirmation message appears in the portal.
• The additional license commitment is immediately reflected in the License Management Portal.
• The billing changes are applied to your next billing cycle.
• A purchase confirmation email is sent to the purchaser.
• The primary LMP contact and your Field Effect Account Executive are copied on the confirmation.

After the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing details such as:

• Partner name
• Purchaser name
• Purchase date
• Billing start and end dates
• Number of licenses purchased
• Product or service tier
• Unit pricing
• Monthly billing amount
• Currency

Keep this email for your records and future billing reference.

If your purchase includes multiple service tiers, separate confirmation emails may be sent for each service tier.

Total Monthly Additional Billing: $XX
Currency: CAD or USD

This total amount (plus applicable taxes) will be added to your monthly billing schedule.
