If you need to add additional licenses to one of your volume licenses, you can do so by clicking Additional licenses in the navigation's Partner tab.

To add more licenses, simply put the number of licenses you would like to add in the Quantity field for the appropriate service tier. The Price and Total columns will update based your inputs.
After adding your quantities, select the terms and services acknowledgement and click Submit.

After making your submission, a confirmation window will appear informing you that the purchase was successful. The details (user commitment and pricing) of your purchase will be applied to the License Management Portal immediately and reflected on your next billing cycle.

You will then receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Your primary contact in the Licence management portal and Field Effect Account Executive will also be included in this email chain. If you made a purchase that includes additions to both service tiers, you will be sent a separate confirmation email for each service tier.
See below for an example of the confirmation email:
Subject: Purchase Confirmation of Additional Licenses - Field Effect Ref: 123456789 Thank you for purchasing additional licenses through our portal. Please find the following details of the purchase: Partner Name: XXX Buyer Name: XXX Purchase Date: YYYY-MM-DD Billing Start Date: YYYY-MM-YYYY-MM-DD Billing End Date: same as their current agreement Number of Additional Licenses: xx Product: Complete MDR or Core MDR Monthly Unit Price Per User: $XX Total Monthly Additional Billing: $XX Currency: CAD or USD This total amount (plus applicable taxes) will be added to your monthly billing schedule.
