Offboarding a Customer Account

If you need to offboard a customer, navigate to the license page they are allocated to and locate them in the Customers table.


 After locating the customer, expand that account's dropdown menu and select Offboard Customer.



You will be taken to the Offboard Customer page. Fill out the form and click Submit. The form has the following requirements: 

  • Email of Client Contact: the person who can be contacted for any questions regarding final billing, shipping, etc. 
  • Termination Date: the date that customer will stop using the MDR service.
  • Offboard Reason: the reason the customer no longer wants the MDR service.


When ready, click Submit



After submitting the offboarding form, you'll be taken to a confirmation page.
