An employee is leaving, how should I manage their Field Effect access?

As part of your offboarding process/checklist you should ensure that their access to your own systems is sensitively managed. 

When an employees leaves, you should ensure they are not able to utilise your company's resources, and a thoroughly though out and achievable offboarding process will help mitigate any risks to your threat surface.

We recommend that you Remove the user to prevent them from having any access to your Field Effect service.
