Since our Field Effect MDR service tiers differ slightly from one another, as different features are included/excluded, you deployment will also vary depending on the service tier selected by your organization.
When starting your deployment, you had the opportunity to leverage our MDR Portal's onboarding wizard as well as our Deployment Playbook for your chosen service tier, which includes more details about each step of your deployment and links to Help Center articles.

Use this checklist to ensure that you have properly deployed Field Effect MDR across your organization.

Creating MDR Portal Accounts & User Management | - Have I created my own MDR Portal account?

Setting up Active Response |
- Have I chosen the appropriate Response Policy (Limited, Balanced, Aggressive) myself or the client?
- Did I enable Active Response before integrating Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for cloud monitoring?
- When integrating these services, you will be prompted to enable Active Response for the service.
