We need to move the Appliance, what do I need to consider?

There is no particular process for moving an appliance since it is just plug and play. As long as you connect it as you disconnected it and take care of the appliance in transit, there should be no issues.

When you are ready to move the appliance here are some recommended steps:

Be sure to adhere to any health and safety protocols.
Take a photo of the cabling setup in the back of the appliance, this will help setting up later.
Power down the appliance by simply pressing the power button.
If your appliance has a Yubikey, ensure you keep it safe. They cannot be replaced.
Package the appliance to minimize any damage in transit.

Ensure you re-cable exactly as per your photo.
Ensure all cables are securely connected.
Check your appliance is performing correctly.
