We have several guides on how to manually remove the agent from a device:
- Uninstalling the endpoint agent from windows 11
- Uninstalling the endpoint agent from Windows 11 using CMD
- Uninstall instructions for Windows Server 2008
However, should the device be rebuilt, recycled or lost prior to its uninstallation, the device will continue to appear on the Endpoint Devices page.
If you are no longer able to remove the agent either manually or via RMM tools, the device will still be listed in the portal waiting for the device to check in.
After 60 days of inactivity the device will naturally disappear.
Alternatively you can contact support@fieldeffect.com to have the device manually removed.
When contacting the support team, let them know which client (if appropriate) and which endpoint(s) you would like removing from the Endpoint Devices page.
