If you change the name of an organization in ConnectWise - that was already mapped during the integration setup - the portal will automatically change the name of the company in the portal to the new name.
If you create a new company in ConnectWise after setting up the integration, you will need to log into the Field Effect portal and adjust the original mapping for the company to point to the new company that was created in ConnectWise. An ARO sync will then trigger for the new mapping, but it will not move any of the tickets to the new company. Any unresolved AROs will remain with the original company in ConnectWise, but all new AROs will be sent to the new company in ConnectWise.
