Introduction

This article walks through the process of watching an ARO using the mobile app. To learn more about watching AROs and what it entails, see Watching & Assigning AROs.

Procedure

Begin by navigating to the ARO you would like to watch (or stop watching). With the ARO open, click the eye/watch icon in the upper right.

Opening the ellipses will reveal the Watchers tab. From here, you can see who is already watching the app, and add yourself as a watcher by tapping Start watching.

Once you begin watching an ARO, you'll start receiving notifications about any changes (Dismissed or Resolved) made to the ARO's status, new comments and replies, or assignee changes. To receive notifications, ensure that ARO Activity notifications are enabled in your profile settings.

Once you start watching an ARO, the Start watching button on the Watcher tab will become the Stop watching button, should you want to stop watching the ARO.
