Introduction

If an ARO is affected, or needs to be addressed by, a user in your organization that doesn’t have access to your organization in the Field Effect MDR Portal, you can download the contents of an ARO as a PDF file.

NOTE: If your organization has enabled Supplemental ARO Insights and Raw Data, this data can be downloaded separately.

Downloading an ARO

From the AROs page, select an ARO and click the Download button in the ARO’s title.

The ARO will begin downloading to your browser’s default download location as a PDF file.
