Introduction

Changing your settings here will also impact your MDR Portal experience, as well as the language used for Field Effect-generated reports.

You can update your language preference from the My Profile page in the Vision. Changing your preferred language updates the language used throughout your MDR experience, including the MDR Portal, notifications, and Field Effect-generated reports.

Field Effect MDR currently supports:

• English
• French
• Additional language support may be introduced in future releases.

Change Your Language Preference

1. Sign in to Vision.
2. Navigate to Account Settings in the sidebar.
3. In the Personal Info section, select Language.
   
   
4. The Update Language window will open Choose your preferred language and click Save.
   

Vision updates your language preference and applies the change to your Field Effect MDR account.

What Happens Next?

After saving your changes:

• Vision and the MDR Portal use your selected language where supported.
• Future notifications sent from the MDR Portal use the selected language.
• Future reports generated for your account use the selected language.
