If you have several status IDs available on your AROs board, but they are not mapped to an ARO status in the portal integration, you can remove them by making them inactive. To do so:
- In the ConnectWise sidebar, navigate to System -> Setup Tables.
- Under Category, scroll down and select Service.
- Click Search.
- Select Service Board.
- Find the board intended for AROs.
- Select the Statuses tab.
- Click the "Inactive" checkbox for the statuses you want to remove. If the checkbox is not letting you change its status, it's because the status is assigned to active tickets.
