Introduction

You can use the search tab to find AROs by keyword or use the available predefined searches, which include:

• All AROs: takes you to the AROs tab showing all AROs.
• Unresolved: takes you to the AROs tab showing only unresolved AROs.
• Closed: takes you to the AROs tab showing only closed AROs.
• Created Recently: takes you to the AROs tab showing AROs created within the last 7 days.
• Updated Recently: takes you to the AROs tab showing AROs updated within the last 7 days.

In the example below, the user searched for “ARO-1,” so the only result is ARO-1. Searching “network,” for example, will retrieve every ARO containing the word “network”.

After performing a search, you have access to filters so you can narrow the results further.

Tap Cancel to return to the AROs tab showing all AROs.
