Introduction
Field Effect MDR uses the mobile number associated with your profile for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Therefore, a phone number is required to enable Multi-Factor Authentication.
Procedure
Navigate to the Profile page from either the sidebar or the upper right profile icon. From the Profile page, click Mobile Number in the Profile tab's Profile section.
The Update Mobile Number window will appear on your screen. Select your country code, enter your mobile number, and click Save.
The MDR Portal returns you to the Profile tab, which now lists your mobile number.
