Issue

If you received an error that your organization is already connected to the DNS Service, it is likely because your organization previously used the CIRA Canadian Sheild DNS Service. If this is the case, Field Effect MDR will recognize your organization as already being protected by a DNS service and display the following error: 

Resolution

To resolve this issue, please reach out to CIRA to cancel the service. Once cancelled, Field Effect's DNS can be enabled in its place.
