Uninstalling the Endpoint Agent - Linux

Introduction

This article provides the commands for uninstalling our endpoint agent from a device with the Debian/Ubuntu or Redhat distribution installed.


If you are a partner with access to Field Effect Vision, you can use the uninstall actions to schedule, or immediately, uninstall an endpoint agent from a device. See our Action Center article to learn more.


Procedures

The following sections provide each command for you Linux distribution. 


Uninstalling from Debian/Ubuntu

For uninstalling on Debian/Ubuntu, run the following commands:

sudo dpkg -r covalence-endpoint-license sudo dpkg -r covalence-endpoint


Uninstalling from Redhat

For uninstalling on Redhead, run the following commands: 

sudo rpm -e covalence-endpoint-license sudo rpm -e covalence-endpoint
