If your users have the ability to manage applications on their device, you can prevent them from uninstalling the Field Effect Endpoint Agent by enabling Agent Protection.
Even with local admin access to the device, this setting will still prevent the agent from being uninstalled.
As Agent Protection is managed through your my.fieldeffect.net portal and distributed to your devices via your appliance(s), both your appliance(s) and your devices need to be online and able to communicate with Field Effect in order to enable and disable Agent Protection.
If you need to uninstall the Field Effect Agent whilst Agent Protection is enabled, and the device is unable to communicate with your appliance, you will need to boot the device into Safe Mode before manually uninstalling the agent.
