ConnectWise - Can I Move AROs to another Service Board?

You can't move AROs to a new service board after Field Effect generates them. If you move an ARO to another service board, the integration generates a duplicate ARO on the original board that continues to sync with Field Effect. The moved ARO on the destination board will stop syncing with Field Effect.

However, our ConnectWise integration supports Multi-Service Board Mapping, so you can have your AROs automatically route to their intended board, minimizing the need to move them after Field Effect generates them.
