Can I manage the travel itinerary for a user?

Field Effect is continually watching for suspicious behavior, and Field Effect MDR recognizes users accessing monitored device from an unexpected locations as suspicious activity.

Occasionally, however, a user will travel for legitimate reasons, and when they access their accounts and services monitored by Field Effect MDR, an ARO will be generated.

While the ARO can resolved or dismissed, you can use our Travel Exception Form to submit your itinerary to us in advance. When doing so, we will take your Travel Exception submission into consideration, while it is active, as dictated in in your submission.
