Introduction

You can update your language preference from the My Profile page in the MDR Portal. Changing your preferred language updates the language used throughout your MDR Portal experience, including portal notifications and generated reports.

Field Effect currently supports:

• English
• French
• Additional language support may be introduced in future releases.

Important: When you change your language preference, future MDR Portal notifications and reports will use the selected language.

Change Your Language Preference

1. Sign in to the MDR Portal.
2. Open the My Profile page by selecting your account icon or using the navigation sidebar.
3. In the Personal Info section, select Language.
   
4. From the Language dropdown list, choose your preferred language.
   
5. Select Save.

The MDR Portal updates your language preference and applies the change to your account.

What Happens Next?

After saving your changes:

• The MDR Portal uses your selected language where supported.
• Future notifications sent from the MDR Portal use the selected language.
• Future reports generated for your account use the selected language.
