Introduction
This article outlines the way the AROs page is organized, and how view, sort and filter AROs on the page. For more on AROs, see our knowledge base chapter.
This article covers the following topics:
Viewing AROs
The AROs page is accessible from the sidebar and lists every ARO that has been generated for your organization. Clicking on an ARO will open in in a details pane on the right of the page.

You can also view AROs in full screen using the upper right view button.

Searching for AROs
You can use the search bar to find specific AROs with keywords.

Sorting AROs
To sort the AROs list, close any ARO you may be viewing and use the sort tool on the right on the page.

Filtering AROs
The following table outlines the filters available for this page:
| Filter | Description | Filter Options |
|---|---|---|
| Status | Filter based on the ARO's status | Checkbox: Open, Help Requested, Dismissed, Resolved |
| Type | Filter based on the ARO's Type | Checkbox: Action, Recommendation, Observation |
| Assignee | Filter based on the user assigned to the ARO | Search by username |
| Watched by Me | Filter based on whether you are watching the ARO or not | Checkbox |
| Created Date | Filter based on when the ARO was generated | Date selector tool |
| Last Updated date | Filter based on when the ARO was last updated | Date selector tool |

Selecting Visible Filters
To show or hide filters, close any ARO you may be viewing and use the More Filters dropdown to make your selection.
