Report Settings: Client Visibility

Introduction

As a partner, you can decide whether or not end client users can view reports in the MDR Portal. When a report's visibility is disabled, it will not be shown to client users in their organization view. Partner users, however, will still see the report from both the partner and client views.    


Procedure

Navigate to Insights > Reports in the sidebar. On the Reports page, click the Settings tab. Each report available to you will be listed. Click on a report to change its visibility.



With the settings open, use the Visibility toggle to choose whether or not end client users will be able to see reports. Click Update to confirm your choices.
