Introduction

When installing the Endpoint Agent on a Windows device it is important to know which version of the Operating System is installed.

Windows 7 

1. Select the Start button, right-click Computer, and then select Properties. 
2. Under System, see the system type.

Windows 8.1

1. Select the Start button, then select Settings > System > About 
2. At the right, under Device specifications, see System type.

Windows 10 

1. Select the Start button, then select Settings > System > About
2. At the right, under Device specifications, see System type.

Windows 11

1. Select the Start button, then select Settings > System > About
2. Under Device specifications, see System type.
