Introduction

This article walks through the process of updating your account password for the Field Effect MDR Portal.

Procedure

Navigate to the Account Settings page's (via the sidebar or Upper right icon) Sign in & Security tab and click Update in the password section.

The Password window will open. Provide your old password, and then create a new password.

Password Requirements:

• Between 8 and 256 characters
• One digit (1-9)
• At least one lower case character
• At least one upper case character

After creating a new password, click Save. You’ll be taken back to the Profile page and a Password Saved notification will appear on your screen.
